Virtual Reality Mindfulness Video
A coaching client is passionate about virtual reality and human performance. He is building a series of VR mindfulness videos - this is his first.
Ironically, he picked a place near and dear to me: Lanikai Beach. On my first trip to Hawaii, I ended up at Lanikai the first day I was on Oahu. Almost exactly on this spot.
This is a beta version, but it shows real promise. It is best viewed on a phone or laptop. The ability to move and see 360 degrees is wonderful. Doesn't hurt this is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
