A great Bloomberg Article Headline: U.S. Job Openings Hit Record, Quit Rate Reaches 17-Year High

This article is important for a key reason: people feel safe leaving their current roles. The economy is strong and people have confidence they will find a better role. But there's more to this.

I see more clients taking time off to "get it right" and "get it balanced". I believe stepping away to assess your life, explore your interests and passions is more accepted.

The article is evidence that our views on working and careers are evolving. We're not just working till we retire, then moving to that phase. Now it's about making a contribution in all parts of our lives - and enjoying it.
