A coaching client is passionate about virtual reality and human performance. He is building a series of VR mindfulness videos - this is his first. Mindful on a Plane - a simple exercise
I love traveling, especially those quiet thoughtful times on a smooth flight. My head seems clearer, calmer with ideas and writing that just flow. That's why I found this meditation on the New York Times really interesting: Sit up straight in your airline seat, your posture erect, feet planted on the floor.
